In our busy lives, it can become increasingly difficult to give ourselves enough reflective space to gather our thoughts and resolve our issues.
Counselling offers that space.
Everyone’s life will be met with both wonderful joy and demanding challenges. During difficult times, counselling provides people with a place where they can talk about what is happening in their life and how they feel about it. Perhaps for the first time, you will have an opportunity to be heard in a non-judgemental, warm and caring environment. As you are discussing very personal and sensitive issues, it is important that you choose a well-trained and experienced professional.
Seeking help could be the best decision you ever made.
As a BACP registered therapist and accredited counsellor, you can be assured that I have the training and experience to offer you a high standard of counselling. My broad range of experience has been accumulated through my work in a clinical setting, working with a victims and survivors agency, my private practice and as part of an Employee Assistance Programme in the workplace. I am also a supervisor, offering guidance and support to other counsellors.
Each client is an individual and therefore each client’s needs are unique. As an integrative therapist, I work towards identifying those needs and discovering the underlying issues that are preventing my clients from living life to the full. I am committed to continuous personal and professional development which entails ongoing training to ensure I am up to date with current research and practice.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and offer a confidential, non-judgemental service within their ethical guidelines.
Children & Young People
With school waiting lists for counselling bursting at the seams, I can offer private counselling for young people aged 11 to 18.
